This site, owned and operated by What's Happening Publications, is a website based off their popular quarterly College Rentals publication.

It contains many advanced features including a powerful search engine, multiple location disbursement, unlimited image uploading, complete back-end management control, and powerful monthly reports.

The search engine and results compare over 20 different amenities to find the best apartment for students living in the selected area. All banners are location specific, and will show once the user has selected their target location. Full statistical information is collected for each banner viewed.

For the individual apartment complexes, they have statistical recording for everything, including number of views, number of emails sent, and number of phone calls made. The apartment complexes even get a monthly report showing graphs for the last four weeks.

As you can see in the pictures above, each apartment complex gets their own custom page which features their logo, multiple pictures, list of all apartment configurations, and amenities.

The owner of this site has a team setup to manage the sites back-end. They have the ability to upload the pictures and logos, as well as any data related to the apartments, without having to leave their browser.

You can see the reports seen by the apartment complexes and the Administration staff. That report gets sent out monthly to the apartment complexes just like that, in HTML format.

This site is ever changing and new features are added all the time.
