Ready, set, go!
Even though each client and project are unique in their own way, we would still like to outline the basics on how we work. We keep things simple and make it as easy as possible on you. Below, we have separated the process into three major steps: Before, During, and After.
Meet with client and discuss website details. Usually involves taking ideas from client and turning them into geeky tech terms.
We then take those ideas and geeky tech terms and turn them into a proper proposal. You can view meeting notes and proposals online.
After reviewing the proposal, you can accept the proposal online. This instantly notifies our team to get to work. Pay online or drop a check in the mail and watch the magic begin!
Our designer begins immediately putting a custom design together. We do everything custom, in-house. No templates!
We start setting up all the good stuff. DNS, e-mail, web server, database items, folders, and scripts. Integration with CentricManager
occurs at this point too.
Updating you on our progress and following-up is what we do best. After a design has been selected, we work fast to slice-and-dice the design into HTML/CSS. As the days go by, we work with you to load content into your site, and finalize your website.
Time to go live! Once we have your final approval, and final deposit, the site is activated.
Knowing who visits your website makes all the difference. We setup every account with Google Analytics, and monitor each client to ensure their website is working properly.
We ensure your site runs properly for 1 year, free of charge. We use our Error Handling System (EHS) to help monitor your website. We also give users free upgrades, if possible. All so you can sit back and relax!
